Attendee Postal Mailing List Rental
CallOne of the best ways to enhance your company's impact at the 2012 Mid-America Trucking Show is to promote your company with pre-show and post-show mailings. Prior to the show, targeted mailings can promote company products and services, highlight new products and services, outline changes within the company and increase booth traffic by describing booth location, activities and offerings. After the show, Exhibitors can use a post-show mailing to get in touch with Attendees that may have missed their booth or to provide additional information regarding products displayed at the show.

Complimentary Attendee Tickets
FreeExhibitors are allowed to order complimentary tickets (free of charge) for distribution to current or potential customers. This is a great way to announce your company’s participation at MATS, and issue a personal invite to those individuals. The electronic form to request complimentary tickets is available in the “Exhibitor Only” section of the website to those companies who have paid their deposit and received their log-in credentials.

FreePress conferences are made available to our Exhibitors on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space is limited so download your Press Conference Room Request Form from the Exhibitor Only section of truckingshow.com right away.
Press Release / Press Kit Distribution
FreeAll press releases and press kits are distributed from our web site and the press room on-site. Your kit can be uploaded directly to truckingshow.com from the Exhibitor Only section and can then be downloaded by Attendees and Media before, during, and after the show. For those companies supplying hard copies of press kits please deliver approximately 150-200 kits to the Press Room (B-105) during the hours of operation (hours available here).

The top executives from all of the truck trailer engine and major component manufacturing companies were in attendance. The Fleet owner and equipment manager presence was stronger. Show management must be happy with what has taken place. This was a successful event for everyone with whom I spoke. We had a 4 year high for attendance at our breakfast on Friday AM over 550 supplier executives.
