• We are definitely the largest trucking show in the world dealing specifically with trucks. 2008 show details can be seen below:

  • 1,174 Exhibitors in 2008 from 48 states and 11 foreign countries.
  • More than 76,000 Attendees from all 50 states and 59 foreign countries.
  • All of the Class 6,7,and 8 truck manufacturers, all major diesel engine manufacturers, and more than 60 trailer manufacturers exhibit at The Mid-America Trucking Show.
  • New industry products are often debuted every year at The Mid-America Trucking Show.
  • A wide variety of free educational and informative seminars showcasing the latest products, services, and developments in the trucking industry take place each year at The Mid-America Trucking Show.

• Can we get our concert/Nightly Entertainment tickets in advance?

• No, there are no advance concerts tickets available for The Mid-America Trucking Show to give out. They are generously provided by the event's sponsor typically at their booth. As of now, we do not yet know who will be in concert for the 2009 Show. Please keep up to date with the Mid-America Trucking Show show news to find out who will be performing as soon as the decision has been made.

  For some of our nightly entertainment events, the sponsors do provide tickets or registration credentials in advance of the show. We suggest contacting the sponsor directly to determine if this is the case or not.

• What is the availability of housing? How affordable is housing?

• Housing is very plentiful and affordable, especially when compared to other cities. We have set-up an on-line registration area for your convenience, it can be accessed here.

• How is the parking situation?

• Over 26 acres of parking are on site with R.V. hook-ups available, no showers. For more information on parking and traveling to the show in general please see our Louisville Parking Maps page and our Attendee Hotel and Travel page.

• Are there any special travel rates for show Attendees?

• Yes. We have a working relationship with several airlines in an effort to bring you the best ticket prices and service. In addition, we have a preferred rental car company for the show. For additional information, please see our Attendee airline and car rental page.

• Are wheelchairs and scooters available for rent?

• Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rental in the West Wing Lobby. It is advisable to contact Gould’s Discount Medical prior to your arrival to reserve the necessary equipment.
