Understanding the Prospect process

Thank you for your interest in the 2010 Mid-America Trucking Show. We begin accepting applications from new companies that wish to participate in the show on September 15, 2009. A submitted application will hold your spot in line as we work through the more than 300 enlargement/relocation requests submitted by our returning Exhibitors. We expect the process will take approximately 6 weeks and we will then contact prospective Exhibitors in the order of application receipt.

Completing the Application

If you have not done so already, you may download the application here. In Section 2 of the Application - Exhibit Space Request - you can be as specific or as general as you'd like. For example, if you would like a 20' x 20' booth in the West Wing, simply fill in 1st Choice # with "West Wing" and "20' x 20'" in Size; you do not have to put specific booth numbers unless you know exactly where you want to be.
