"Piggyback" MATS Attendee Mailings

Grab the attention of MATS Attendees and save postage in the process by including your promotional show info with our Attendee Invitations. Custom Decal Sponsorship

Attendees will see your advertisement/show promo as they enter any of our high-traffic show entrances (South A, South C, West Wing). We will print your show promo as an adhesive decal and affix it to the entrance doors of a lobby of your choosing. Purchasing multiple ads side-by-side (6 max) will allow up to a 16'W x 2' tall message to every Attendee as they enter the doors.

• Cost: $1750 for 2 (1 Front, 1 Back)- 33"W x 24"H Decals + Exhibitor to supply artwork
• Cost: $3000 for 4 (2 Front, 2 Back)- 33"W x 24"H Decals + Exhibitor to supply artwork

Attendee Registration Badges

Every Attendee Registration Badge will have your company's logo printed on the back. What better way to advertise to all Attendees than having your information printed on the back of 80,000 mag-stripe registration badges. This sponsorship is limited to 6 non-competing companies and is on a first come first served basis.

• Cost: Front: $12,000 1-1/2"x1" spot Back: $5000/spot, 6-1/2"x1" spots

Pens in registration area

Promote your company with imprinted pens to be supplied to Attendees in all registration lobbies. Attendees will carry the pens around the show, providing more advertisement as they fill out questionnaires and surveys.

• Cost: $5000 + Exhibitor to supply pens

Badge Lanyards

Registration badge lanyards can be imprinted with your company name/logo and made available for Attendees as they register. Provide your company's lanyards to Attendees before anyone else has the opportunity.

Concert Event Sponsorship

There is no better way to reach such a large target audience. Host a musical artist in concert in front of more than 18,000 potential buyers.

• Cost: Depends on act, co-sponsors, event pricing, etc.

"You Are Here" sign sponsorship

A total of 6 strategically placed show floor plans designed to familiarize Attendees with their location and the location of Exhibitor booths. Sponsor's will have their artwork placed above the show floor plan on a 4' Wide x 6' Tall billboard along with an arrow pointing to their booth. Attendees will be extremely thankful for your assistance in guiding them through the show.

Coffee Break Sponsorship

This sponsorship allows the Exhibitor to hand out coffee and doughnuts to Attendees as they arrive at the show. You'll be surprised at the Attendee turn-out for free food and drink.

• Cost: $4000 + Exhibit space. Exhibitor to supply coffee and mugs.
• Close Date: March 1

Cup Sponsorship

If you're looking for maximum exposure, you'll definitely want to consider our Cup Sponsorship. Souvenir cups of your own design will be available to all Attendees purchasing drinks at the concession stands.

Bag Sponsorship

Put your give-a-way bag into the hands of MATS Attendees before anyone else has a chance. Bag racks are placed at key registration/entrance locations throughout the entire facility to allow attendees to pick-up a souvenir bag as they retrieve their badge and enter the show. Sponsor may pre-load bags with sponsor promotional materials. Exclusive to one sponsoring company.
