Hotel Reservations for MATS
For the convenience of Exhibitors and Attendees, and to ensure availability, we have blocked rooms at the local hotels. In order to best serve you, we have separated these blocks into MATS Exhibitors and MATS Attendees. Please see below for specific information on booking your rooms.
Hotel Booking Scam: Please beware of a company called International Events! They appear as if they are handling reservations for MATS 2012 but they are not. They may contact you by phone and/or email (they get contact information from previous year Show Directory's). THEY DO NOT HAVE CONTRACTS WITH LOCAL HOTELS. They ask for payment of the entire stay upfront and they fail to book rooms for guests and refuse to refund.
Exhibitor Hotel Information
The Exhibitor Hotel blocks are available to Exhibitors that have already booked their booth. The link to download the exhibitor hotel list is in the validation email sent after payment was received. You can also access the hotel list from the Event Manager (www.truckingshow.com/event-manager.)
Important Note: In order to accurately block rooms year to year and ensure that there are enough rooms for our Exhibitors, it is important that you specify to the hotel that you are an Exhibit Management Associates MATS Exhibitor.
Attendee Hotel Information
For our Attendees, we have set-up a web site that makes it possible to select from several hotels and then directly book the one of your choice. The web site will be available by July 15.
