Hotel Reservations for MATS
For the convenience of Exhibitors and Attendees, and to ensure availability, we have blocked rooms at the local hotels. In order to best serve you, we have separated these blocks into MATS Exhibitors and MATS Attendees. Please see below for specific information on booking your rooms.
Exhibitor Hotel Information
The Exhibitor Hotel blocks are available to Exhibitors that have already booked their booth. If you have your booth but have not yet received the hotel room block list, please call us at 502.899.3892 and we will give you the link to access it on-line.
Important Note: In order to accurately block rooms year to year and ensure that there are enough rooms for our Exhibitors, it is important that you specify to the hotel that you are a MATS Exhibitor.

Attendee Hotel Information
For our Attendees, we have set-up a web site that makes it possible to select from several hotels and then directly book the one of your choice. Please visit the booking site now to make sure you get your rooms!
