How To Exhibit
Major industry manufacturers & suppliers know that if you want to conduct business in the trucking industry, you have to exhibit at MATS.
The steps below will outline the process of becoming an exhibitor and ensuring a successful show.

Step 1Download the Exhibitor Application & Prospectus:
New Exhibitors
Applications and Prospectuses will mail and email out to new exhibitors beginning on September 17, marking the opening of exhibit space sales for those who did not exhibit the prior year.
Returning Exhibitors
Applications and Prospectuses will mail and email out to returning exhibitors on July 16, marking the opening of exhibit space sales for those who exhibited the prior year.
All companies may now submit the application for exhibit space. You can download the application here and download the prospectus here.
The dates above mark the earliest that an application can be submitted by each group. After Prospective Exhibitor applications will be given consideration on a first come, first served basis once all returning exhibitor enlargement/relocation requests have been addressed; the process typically takes about 6 weeks.

Step 2Submit a completed application:
A hard-copy of the application should be completely filled out and faxed to 502.899.3952 or the electronic copy should be completed, digitally signed, and emailed to . Returning Exhibitors have until September 17 to submit their applications; Prospective Exhibitors may submit their applications beginning September 17. On the completed and signed application, you will need to indicate the required booth size or booth number. You will be contacted with available booth options based on the information provided. Once exhibit space has been confirmed and payment received, you will receive exhibitor credentials allowing access to the "Event Manager" portion of our website. To ensure you receive consideration for the 2013 MATS, please return your application as soon as possible.

Step 3Promote Your Presence:

Step 4Make Hotel Reservations: Exhibitors should book within the Mid-America Trucking Show Room Block to ensure lowest price and highest level of service. The Exhibitor Hotel List will be available on August 1 to all Exhibitors that have submitted an application and deposit.

Step 6Finalize On-Site Arrangements:
Once you log-in to the "Event Manager", you will see all of the various options available to you as a MATS Exhibitor. You can upload Press Kits, order personnel badges, request comp tickets, view your move-in time, view order forms for carpet rental, booth furnishings, badge registration, etc.
