How To Exhibit

Major industry manufacturers & suppliers know that if you want to conduct business in the trucking industry, you have to exhibit at MATS.

The steps below will outline the process of becoming an exhibitor and ensuring a successful show.

• Step 1 - Download the Exhibitor Application & Prospectus
  The Application & Prospectus mails out to prior year Exhibitors on July 15th and to Prospective Exhibitors on September 15th. These dates mark the earliest that an application can be submitted by each group. After September 15th, the Application & Prospectus will be available on this page and any unreserved space will be used to accommodate returning exhibitor relocation requests and for new Exhibitors. Prospective Exhibitors that did not exhibit in 2010 should add themselves to our prospect database to ensure that the Application & Prospectus are mailed in a timely manner.

• Step 2 - Submit a completed application via fax (502) 899-3952
  Returning Exhibitors have until September 15th to submit their applications. Prospective exhibitors should submit their applications as early as possible to hold their spot in line.

• Step 3 - Make Hotel Reservations
  Exhibitors should book within the Mid-America Trucking Show room block to ensure lowest price and highest level of service. The Exhibitor Hotel List will be made available by August 1 and all current Exhibitors will have access to it.

• Step 4 - Make Travel Arrangements

• Step 5 - Increase Your Exposure Before, During, and Long After the Show
  It's a proven fact that letting Attendees know of your presence increases booth traffic and qualified post-show contacts.
