Attendee International Invitation

Those Attendees who require an invitation to visit the United States for the purpose of attending The Mid-America Trucking Show may request an invitation below. We encourage all visitors from foreign countries to contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate near your location to determine how to apply; and the likely time required for the process of visa issuance to be accomplished. Our trade show has no influence over the issuance of a visa. We suggest that you make application at least three months prior to the show to avoid disappointment. These online invitations are the only form of invitation we provide for our Exhibitors or Attendees. This invitation is for you to print or save to your computer. We do not fax or mail any invitations.
