Exhibitor International Invitation Letter
Those Exhibitors who require an invitation to visit the United States for the purpose of attending The Mid-America Trucking Show may request an invitation below. We encourage all visitors from foreign countries to contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate near your location to determine how to apply; and the likely time required for the process of visa issuance to be accomplished. Our trade show has no influence over the issuance of a visa. We suggest that you make application at least three months prior to the show to avoid disappointment. A list of consular offices is available at http://travel.state.gov.
Please note: Clicking the "Create Invitation Letter" will produce a customized Invitation Letter in a new browser window. These online invitations are the only form of invitation we provide for our Exhibitors or Attendees. This invitation is for you to print or save to your computer. Tiffany D / King North CarolinaThis is the one thing that I try to make a point to go to every year. My family started going in 2002 through Bennett Motor Express out of McDonough GA. My Stepdad at the time drove for them. I have been around trucks my entire life and I love looking at all the show trucks and the new trucks on display from the dealers. It doesn't hurt that I have met the Chrome Shop Mafia the Cast of Trick My Truck Aaron Tippin Patty Loveless The American Loggers Alex Debogorski and George Spears from Ice Road Truckers and several of the drivers that have gotten their trucks tricked. Yall put on a killer show every year and I look forward to 2011's show!
