Exhibitor Registration

Everyone at MATS must wear a badge throughout the show, including Exhibitors and VIPs. Badge registration is free until the respective deadline. Register your Booth Personnel and VIPs by logging into your Event Manager.

Exhibitor Hotels

MATS has negotiated the lowest hotel rates for our exhibitors at the most popular and convenient hotels in Louisville. A list of all available properties can be found in the Event Manager.

Order booth furnishings, installation labor, shipping, utilities, lead retrieval and much more by logging into your Event Manager below.

The Event Manager provides you the opportunity to invite VIPs to the show. VIPs get special access to the show on Thursday. This can be a great gift for special customers or associates who want to attend the early Thursday session.

Enhance your company’s profile in the print and digital Show Directory, online Exhibitor search pages, and the online floor plan by adding your color logo. Attendee Guest Passes

Exhibitors can request complimentary guest passes to distribute to customers and prospects. These attention-getting passes provide free show admission to all of the Generals Sessions at MATS.

Exhibitors are encouraged to host seminars covering their area of expertise to educate MATS attendees on trending topics that can help improve their businesses. The seminar program is free for all attendees and hosting exhibitors.

For any product unveils or updates, MATS helps distribute your press releases and press kits electronically via our on-line press room and hard-copies via our on-site press room (Room B-105)

Appearances, Booth Activities, Give-a-Ways

If you’re planning something special at your booth and you’d like us to help with promotion, be sure to let us know all the details (appearance schedule, valuable items being given away, etc.) so we can help get the word out.

They do not have access to any of our data; as per our privacy policy, we do not sell our attendee data to third parties.

    FAIR GUIDE (aka Construct Data Publishers) has contacted MATS exhibitors via US mail with an offer to advertise their companies/exhibits in the FAIR GUIDE publication, which requires a three-year contract that costs approximately $1,700 per year.
