The three planning items below can be completed by signing in to the event manager.
Everyone at MATS must wear a badge throughout the show, including Exhibitors and VIPs. Badge registration is free until the respective deadline. Register your Booth Personnel and VIPs by logging into your Event Manager.
MATS has negotiated the lowest hotel rates for our exhibitors at the most popular and convenient hotels in Louisville. A list of all available properties can be found in the Event Manager.
Order booth furnishings, installation labor, shipping, utilities, lead retrieval and much more by logging into your Event Manager below.
Promote Your Booth
MATS has developed powerful promotional tools to help you get the most from your investment. With a mix of complimentary and low-cost opportunities to fit any budget, you can maximize your ROI with these pre-show, on-site, and post-show options.
The Event Manager provides you the opportunity to invite VIPs to the show. VIPs get special access to the show on Thursday. This can be a great gift for special customers or associates who want to attend the early Thursday session.
Enhance your company’s listing in the print and digital Show Directory, online Exhibitor search pages, and the online floor plan. The combination of print and electronic advertising provides exceptional company branding at an economical price.
Web Banners & Logos
Include the MATS banner ad on your company Website and in your email campaigns. Be sure to use the show logo, along with your booth number, on all your ads and mailings so your customers know where to find you.
Attendee Guest Passes
Exhibitors can request complimentary guest passes to distribute to customers and prospects. These attention-getting passes provide free show admission to all of the Generals Sessions at MATS.
Celebrity Appearances and Give-a-Ways
If you’re planning something special at your booth and you’d like us to help with promotion, be sure to let us know all of the details including appearance schedule, what you’re giving away, etc. so we can help get the word out.
