Attendees can access their registration at any time and have the ability to:

  • Update contact information
  • Print a confirmation
  • View a sample badge
  • Book your hotel room through PassKey - Official Housing Provider

Attendance Policy

Badge Pickup

If you register before February 28 a badge will be mailed to the address entered for each Attendee. If you register after February 28rd you will need to pick up your badge at the show using your Confirmation Email or with your Name or email address in one of the Registration Areas at the show.

Where to Stay

MATS has negotiated the lowest hotel rates for our exhibitors and attendees at the most popular and convenient hotels in Louisville. In addition we have procured a 36 acre parking lot for free overnight truck parking, and coordinated with KEC to make on-site RV parking available.
