Where can I rent a wheelchair or motorized scooter?
Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are available for rent in the West Wing Lobby near registration. We suggest reserving equipment in advance of the show by contacting Scooter Time Rentals at 423-569-1933.

How do I sign up to attend MATS, and how much does it cost?
If you work in the heavy-duty trucking industry, you can register for free beginning December 1 by visiting Attendee Registration. You can also purchase tickets at the door for $10. Attendee badges can be printed on-site at any of our 6 registration desks. Attendee Badges must be worn at all times.

How many days are the badges good for?
Each registration entitles you to a badge that is good for all three days of the show. You will not have to re-register or pay for your second or third day at the show.

What are the age requirements for registering?
Children under the age of 14 are not required to register, and will not need a badge.

How can I get a VIP badge?
There are 2 routes for obtaining a VIP badge.
1. You can register as a VIP for $99 by selecting the VIP upgrade option as you register.
2. You can be registered as a VIP by one of the exhibiting companies in the show. They will need to email you their VIP Registration Link.

I registered online, when will I receive my badge? What do I need to bring with me to the show?
For those attendees registering prior to the complimentary deadline, badges will be mailed out one month before the show, arriving one to two weeks before the show. If your badge does not arrive or you register after the deadline, please bring your registration confirmation (either a printed copy or on your phone). The registration attendants can then lookup your registration or scan the barcode. They can then print your badge at no cost.

I need to update information on my badge?
Please bring your badge or registration confirmation to any of the on-site registration areas. The registration attendants can update your address, email, etc. and exchange your old badge for a new one.

I pre-registered online but lost my badge and email confirmation, what now?
As long as you successfully pre-registered prior to the show, you may visit any registration desk and have another badge printed out for you. Having mobile access to your email as well as your registration ID number will help expedite the process.

Where can I register on-site?
There are six on-site registration areas. They are located in North Wing Lobby, South Wing Lobby A, South Wing Lobby B, rear entrance of the North Wing, West Wing Lobby, and Pavilion. They are all equipped to print badges, register new attendees, etc., so we suggest going to the closest registration area to where you parked.

Where can I pick up a show directory?
Show Directories are available at all registration entrances to the show. Please see the tables just outside of Registration to pick-up your complimentary copy.

Where can I purchase the official MATS die-cast truck?
The official MATS die-cast truck is available for purchase at the Die-cast Direct booth in the North Wing.

Where can I purchase the official Mid-America Trucking Show apparel?
Official MATS apparel is available for purchase in the South Wing Lobby and in North Wing Booth #16285.

What is the easiest way to navigate the show floor?
We suggest using any combination of the map found in the Official Show Directory, the floor plan found in the MATS App, the You-Are-Here signs placed throughout the show, and the aisle signs found on the carpet at the intersection of major show aisles. All booths are numbered in ascending order from East to West (left to right on maps) and North to South (top to bottom on maps).

Where can I find something to eat?
Concession stands are located throughout each wing of the Kentucky Expo Center. For sit-down dining options, visit the main indoor food courts in the South Wing & Pavilion or the large tented outdoor food court located in the Conference Room parking lot just outside the South Wing.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Kentucky Exposition Center?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the Kentucky Expo Center. Cost varies based on level of access and can be determined by clicking on the “Available Wireless Network” on your mobile device and accessing the payment page of the internet connection.

Can I have someone paged?
We are unable to make pages or announcements during show hours. We suggest that, prior to entering the show, you pre-arrange a meeting place should a member of your group get separated from the rest of the group. Also, please keep a close watch on any minors. If a minor has been separated from his/her group, please immediately report it to a First Aid station or one of the Show Management offices.

Are animals allowed on-site?
No, animals are not permitted inside the Kentucky Expo Center, except those service dogs that have been specifically trained to aid a person with a disability. All service dogs must be harnessed or leashed at all times and under the direct control of its owner. Emotional support or comfort animals are not allowed indoors. Any attendee with an animal that does not meet these requirements will be asked to remove the animal from the Exposition Center immediately. Failure to do so will result in removal of the attendee and animal from the premises.

Is smoking allowed on-site?
No, the Kentucky Expo Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outdoors at a minimum of 10’ from any entrance doors.

Where are the first-aid stations?
First Aid Stations are located in the North Wing Lobby near the escalators and West Wing Lobby near registration.

Where are the seminars held? How do I get registered? Cost?
Educational seminars take place in South Wing Meeting Room B-104 and on the show floor. Pre-registration is NOT required and all educational seminars are free to attend.

Who Is Performing at the MATS Concert? How do I get tickets?
The MATS concert announcement will be made in January. Tickets will be distributed from the sponsoring company's booth. No tickets are available in advance of the show.

Where is the PKY Truck Beauty Championship?
The PKY Truck Beauty Championship is located in the J Lot, directly behind the West Wing and Pavilion. You may exit through the rear of either of those buildings to see the competition.

What is the Cardinal Stadium offsite parking shuttle schedule?
The offsite shuttles will run Thursday 9AM-7PM, Friday 9AM-11PM, and Saturday 8AM-5PM.

My vehicle was towed, where do I need to go?
If your vehicle was towed, please visit the Kentucky Exposition Center Security Office (entrance on the south side of the building, between Freedom Hall and the North Wing Lobby or call (502) 367-5360.
The Kentucky Exposition Center is in charge of the enforcement of all parking regulations and the towing of any unauthorized vehicles; MATS Show Management does not have any control over parking enforcement/towing.
